Cheese Brats Rule!
Long time readers of my blog will remember my unholy obession with Johnsonville Cheddar Bratwurst. Well, the other day my wife and I had a little summer reprise dinner that included, among other things, Johnsonville Chedder Brats, saurkraut, and knishes.
In a moment of culinary genius, I cut open a knish, filled it with mustard and saurkraut, and then jammed a tasty cheese dog right through the middle. I was pure bliss. In texture, it was most like a soft corndog. In flavor, like nothing you've ever tasted, but everything you could imagine. Bear in mind this was my third cheddar brat of the meal.
I am taking suggestions for the name of this creation. Feel free to post some creative comments.
