"Hot Beef Perfection"? i think that's a good name."Hairy Hog"? hog obviously for pork reasons. & the kraut looks like hair.
Looks like a K'bratwich to me. Well, it really looks like something else but I'm blocking that out.
I think the winner will have to be k'bratwich. It may not cover the full extent of glory of this fine food, but at least it gets the type of meat right (or at least not wrong).
